• Bulk Buyers Inspection

  Pre-shipment visual inspection on behalf of buyer/seller to ensure that cargo complies with contractual specifications as well as international export regulations. This inspection gives you a sense of security knowing that the cargo being shipped is the actual cargo purchased/sold.

• Bunker Survey

  To quantify the Bunker (Fuel Oil, Diesel Oil, etc.) bunkered onboard the vessel at any time. This survey is conducted by qualified professionals.

• Cargo Hold Cleanliness Inspection

  Inspection conducted to assess the readiness of Cargo Holds for loading of another cargo to avoid contamination from previous cargo.

• Cargo Tally Survey

  A survey to determine quantity of piece goods while discharging or loading. This survey is carried out by our certified team.

• Compass Adjustment (Magnetic)

  A survey to troubleshoot and resolve compass installed on boats and ships, especially where steel and electric equipment may cause magnetic fields that distort the earth’s field at the compass position. This survey is conducted by highly trained and qualified professionals.

• Condition Survey

  This survey provides an assessment of physical property conditions. Our qualified and certified team identifies deficiencies, and maintenance issues including, but not limited to structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, site layout, site utilities, storm water management and life safety systems.

• Container Inspection

  This is an inspection carried on sea freight Containers for seaworthiness and suitability and complying with the guidelines of IMO’s International Convention for Safe Containers, 1972. The Institute of International Container Lessors Ltd (IICL) has comprehensive inspection guidelines for a Container to be inspected and certified.

• Crane and Wire Inspection

  Inspection undertaken to guarantee that Cargo Cranes, Slings, Wires etc. are fit for purpose and satisfy statutory and industry approved specifications. Routine safety inspections on the equipment’s strength and capacity help to control the incidence of lifting gear failure and breakdowns.

• Damage Survey

  This survey is carried by our certified team to assess the extent of the damage sustained by the hull, rig, systems, or elsewhere on the vessel. The report presents information on the probable causes of the damage, recommendations on repairs, and estimates the costs for such work.

• Drydocks Survey

  According to SOLAS regulation, every sea-going vessel has to undergo two dry docks within a period of 5 years. Drydock is a complex process and time consuming but our qualified team is ready and more than willing to assist.

• Draft Survey (Initial and Final)

  Draft Survey is used to calculate the weight of cargo loaded on a vessel or a barge at its embarkation point and unloaded at its destination. The procedure is complicated involving many factors including ballast, consumables onboard such as fuel oil, fresh water, etc., the accuracy of the vessel’s hydro-static tables, conditions of the draft markings on the vessel’s hull, weather and sea conditions at the time of survey but you can always count on our certified team to deliver the best result.

• Hatch Cover Integrity

  Inspection and testing of ship Cargo Holds and hatch covers to evaluate the ship’s seaworthiness prior to loading. Poor maintenance increases the possibility of hatch covers leaking during severe weather. Leaking hatch covers are a leading cause of cargo claims with water ingress.

• Hold Survey - Damage

  Visual Inspection of cargo holds to assess the condition of the holds and determine extent of damage and probable cause. Hold damage can occur due to a variety of factors including cargo shifts, cargo liquification due to moisture content or overloading cargo holds.

• Hull and Machinery Survey

  Hull and Machinery survey inspections are carried out in order to identify the damage or loss of the incident on Hull and Machineries and to also witness and supervision of repair operations, cost of the same, causes of the incident and estimates of the loss or damage. We inspect all types of vessels and machinery damaged including repairs and dry docking, and the attendance includes collision, machinery breakdown, fire, stranding, water ingress, etc. providing itemized assessment and reviews of costs in all this type of incidents.

• Lashing & Securing Survey

  This is a survey conducted to ensure the lashing and securing of heavy cargo units on deep sea vessels. We monitor the safe handling and loading of the cargo units, give advice on proper stowage and verify that the cargo units are lashed and secured in a seaworthy manner.

• Loadmaster Bulk Operations

  Coordination of load/discharge operations at any port or terminal globally. The Loadmaster is a primary point of contact between the vessel, terminal operators and third party Surveyors. With an extensive knowledge on local shore operations, Loadmaster represents your interest effectively during loading/discharge operations.

• Liquid Cargo Survey

  A survey conducted on cargoes transported and stored in liquid form and commonly shipped in ocean tankers or ISO containers. Such cargoes include dangerous chemicals, gasoline, gases (LPG/LNG), petroleum and cooking/edible oil. You can always count on our qualified and safe team to conduct a safe and secure survey.

• Loading – discharging Survey

  This is not just a survey to monitor whether the goods are inspected for loading or discharging accordingly, but that they are also handled with care.

• Marine Warranty Survey

  Marine Warranty Survey (MWS), guarantees that the work is planned and performed according to a level of risk that is consistent with the reference international standards and insurance policy clauses and tolerable for the industry and for all the players involved

• New Construction and Existing Vessel Survey

  The scope and procedure for the survey of new construction, modification and/or reconstruction of Vessels.

• On and Off Hire/ Suitability Survey

  On-Hire Surveys or Off-Hire Surveys of vessels or marine structures may be considered as an independent snap-shot of the condition of a vessel at a particular time and location in the commercial operation of the vessel. The surveys are usually undertaken immediately before the vessel is delivered into a Charter, or immediately prior to re-delivery from a Charter and serve to eliminate ambiguity in the vessel’s condition at these times. Such surveys allow the ship owner and the charterer to agree on responsibility for repairs.

• P&I Inspections

  Condition Surveys of the vessel applying the requirements of the Protection and Indemnity (P&I) Clubs. Our Team of Surveys fully apply these requirements to come out with true state of the vessel or any marine structure.

• Petro-carbon Load/Discharge

  Inspection of shipment of petroleum and chemical products quality to maintain quality at load or discharge stages. Quality assurance in line with regulatory standards are required to ensure petroleum cargo are not compromised at either the load or discharge points.

• Pipe/Steel Survey

  The assessment of the type, quality and condition of the steel/pipe to be loaded/discharged. Steel cargo claims are common, and the resulting claims/payments are substantial. Determining the cargo’s pre-shipment condition and then clausing the Bills of Lading is an important part of protecting the carrier’s obligations.

• Proof and Protection of Asset

  Verification of asset, cargo or offshore marine equipment to confirm its nature and condition as provided by the asset owner, insurer or other interested third party. This type of inspection can be used in determining the true worth of an asset during claim handling proceedings.

• Sealing and Unsealing of hold

  This survey is to prevent unauthorized access to the vessel’s cargo carrying compartments when on passage and requires applying/breaking seals to/from every possible cargo compartment access.

• Statutory Survey

  This a survey conducted to verify and ensure that a ship is in compliance with its applicable requirements.

• Stockpile Survey

  This is a measurement technique used to assess the size, volume or weight of a dry bulk inventory stockpiles. Accurate readout of stockpile can help reduce excess inventory as real-time data is available for planning and, ensures regulatory compliance to approved storage practices.

• Vessel Condition and Valuation

  Survey conducted to determine the overall current condition of the vessel and the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the vessel.
